Refund, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy

At The Ezrach Co., every piece is custom-made for you through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is created specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection at checkout.
We strongly encourage you to review our size guide carefully before purchasing.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because all products are made-to-order, our fulfillment partner begins production quickly — often within hours of an order being placed. To cancel an order or make changes, please email contactus@ezrach.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to catch it before it enters production.
If your order has not yet entered production, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already entered production, we are unable to cancel it, but you may be eligible for a replacement per the section below.
Shipping Address Changes
You may request a change to your shipping address before the order has shipped. Email contactus@ezrach.com as soon as possible with your order number and the updated address. We cannot guarantee changes will be processed in time, but we will do our best.
Free Replacements for Eligible Issues
We offer free replacements for eligible issues reported within 30 days of delivery for the following:
Manufacturing defects (printing flaws, fabric damage, stitching issues)
Wrong item shipped (different design, color, or size than ordered)
Sizing fulfillment errors (the item received does not match the size on your order confirmation)
Shipping damage (the item arrived damaged due to carrier handling)
How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, email contactus@ezrach.com within 30 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the defect, error, or damage
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved replacements will be reproduced and shipped at no cost to you. You do not need to return the original item unless we request it.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package was lost in transit (it never reached a "delivered" status), contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
If tracking shows your package was marked "delivered" but you did not receive it, please first check with your household, neighbors, and local carrier, as packages are occasionally marked delivered prematurely or left in an unexpected spot. If it still cannot be located, contact us and we'll work with you and our fulfillment partner to find a resolution. Please note that for packages confirmed "delivered" to the correct address, a full free replacement may not always be possible, but we will do our best to make things right.
Refunds
Refunds are issued at our discretion in cases where a replacement is not possible (such as when an item is permanently out of stock). Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
What Is Not Covered
Buyer's remorse or change of mind
Sizing preferences (please consult our size guide before ordering)
Damage from improper care, washing, or wear
Items reported more than 30 days after delivery
Custom or personalized items unless defective
Cancellation requests made after an order has entered production
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect customer-provided address, refused delivery, or other delivery failure not caused by us, we may not be able to reship the package, and refunds may not be available. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
Please do not send items back to us without first contacting us and receiving instructions. Because our items are made to order, any item sent back without authorization cannot be processed for a refund or exchange.
What We Do Not Offer
We do not offer the following at this time:
Subscriptions: We do not currently offer subscription products. All orders are one-time purchases.
Pre-orders: We do not accept pre-orders. All products listed for sale are available for immediate production.
Try Before You Buy: We do not offer try-before-you-buy services. All sales are final per this policy.
Future Changes
If we introduce subscriptions, pre-orders, or other purchase options in the future, we will update this policy and notify customers accordingly.
